Let me be really clear, my philosophy is to schedule an initial complementary session to really understand your needs and do my best to guide you in the right direction- whether that be coaching with someone or not.

I feel we were put on this earth to help each other and be compassionate- so this is a special service I provide- think of it as a talk with a friend.

I also believe it is important to have a great FIT between you and your coach- and the only way I can determine this is the old fashioned way of having a conversation by telephone.
