Career Coaching

As your career coach, I live by example. I believe in working hard to find the career path you love and were destined to be in. Today, I love what I do on a daily basis. However, it was not an easy road to travel, as I encountered a lot of naysayers and bad advice along the way. I used to keep Robert Frost's poem about the Road Not Taken in the back of my mind as inspiration.

Since then, I have vowed to help people find their own spiritual career path. Note I said spiritual career path- I believe a job is not just a job, it is a big element of your life. A large portion of your joy and what you give back to to this world. I believe everyone has a path they are really good at. And I am very good at using my gifts of intuition, creativity, and years of extensive career coaching knowledge to help you get onto your path, and keep rising to the top! I was given the gift of wisdom when it comes to determining your career path, and now I am committed to sharing this gift with you. I believe we all have a contribution to make to this world with our given career path. As the author for "Write It Down, Make It Happen" said, "It doesn't matter if your path is to serve ice cream in Alaska- the point is to serve in some way!".

Relationship/Communication Coaching

Are you ready to change your family or business relationships to make them more successful?

I believe that your relationships with your family and loved ones are the foundation of your entire life. When your family life is off, everything else feels hollow. When your relationship with coworkers is a struggle, then a large portion of your life is off and this can conversely have an adverse impact on your family.

I have been very successful as a psychologist coach in salvaging relationships that otherwise would not have made it. I have seen married couples who have been sleeping on separate beds for many years, turn their marriage and relationship with their children around after working with me! This the most rewarding type of work for me. I am so sentimental about this work that I even keep cards and memories from people I have worked with over the years that have turned their family lives around!

I used to be approached for advice on relationships, even before my many years of training as both a psychologist and relationship coach. I have the unique ability to stay very objective and compassionate about couples and family issues. I am a born mediator.

I also believe in offering a variety of services for relationship coaching- including relationship coaching workbooks for the person who first prefers to pursue self-help, do it yourself materials. I also use a scientific approach to relationship communication differences, and can run couples/family profiles of the Myers Briggs Type Inventory and the Values In Action Signature Strengths Surveys.

Sometimes, you just need an outside, objective professional to teach you the skills, attitudes, and behaviors to make your relationship successful. It's a shame to me that we spend more time in our school system on drivers education, than we do about relationship education and what makes a family solid. I make it easy for you to access materials from psychology, coaching, religion, business, etc. to make a relationship strong.
